Most Repairs can be carried out onsite after the initial diagnosis has been completed. An initial diagnosis is carried out over the telephone when your call is received. From the information taken from you, the engineer will attend the premises to confirm the diagnosis and replace the part. If a part is required that is not in stock, then we will arrange for a quote to be sent to you. Should you wish the repair carried out offsite, then this can be accommodated for you. Prices for onsite repairs and fitting differ from prices for work undertaken in our workshop. Please find below a table of prices comparing us to PC World / The Tech Guys (Staines). This is not a full list of what we cover, any services not listed can be requested. Prices taken from PC World Site on 27th July 2009.
