Domestic Customers

This service allows your data (i.e. Word Documents) to be backed up on to optical media or magnetic media (depending on your criteria) on a weekly / fortnightly / monthly basis.  All data is backed up from your machine and then stored off site in a fire-proof safe to ensure your data remains secure.

If the need arises and your data needs to be retrieved, this can be done normally within 48-72 hours.  This means there is no need to worry about lost school work, or any documents that you deem as important.

Prices start at just £10.00 per month depending on the service you require, please see below for full details.

Full years data back up (once a month)                                      £100.00 (two months free)
Month to Month Back-up (Ad-hoc requirements)                       £12.50

Forthnightly Back-up                                                                     £15.00 (per month)
Weekly Back-up                                                                            £17.50 (per month)

Payment can be made by standing order or by cheque.

If you do not have a current CD-Rewriter, or DVD RW Drive, a drive can be purchased and fitted along with the correct software for a small fee of £55.00.

If however your require your data to be kept on a fast access material (i.e. Hard Disk), this can be catered for however prices will vary on external drive sizes.

Small Business Customers

Did you know that most SME's that have a fire or data loss due to hardware failure that have not taken precautions actually go out of business within 6-12 months.  The issue is not the hardware, its the customer / financial accounting / and databases that is stored has been lost for good.
